Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order

Every Kettle & Kin order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Some pieces, like our handmade copper pour-over, are made to order by small workshops and take a little longer. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Items ship from US-based partners, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including PO boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Holiday orders

During November and December, carrier volumes are higher. We recommend ordering early for gifts, and we will post recommended order-by dates on our site.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos for damage). We will send a replacement or a full refund.
