30-day returns

We want you to love your Kettle & Kin pieces. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email moneymakergthe@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost and will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please email photos within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Items we can't accept

Used items, including bamboo whisks that have been wet, and items without their original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
